Rayon Sports have announced the signings of Emery Bayisenge and Aimable Ntarindwa on one-year and two-year contracts, respectively.
Bayisenge, who was free after parting ways with Gasogi early this year, is expected to bring firmness to Rayon Sports' backline and replace the outgoing Aimable Nsabimana.
As Rayon Sports prepare to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup, the seasoned centre-back adds valuable experience to the roster, having played for prominent clubs, including Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 side USM Alger and Kenyan outfit Gor Mahia.
Bayisenge was a part of the AS Kigali team that represented Rwanda in the 2020-21 CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
He also played for APR for four years, winning three Rwanda Premier League trophies.
Meanwhile, Ntarindwa joined the nine-time Rwanda Premier League winner from Mukura, following the expiration of his contract at the Huye district-based team.
He is the fourth midfielder whom the club have signed during this summer's transfer window after Mohamed Chelly, Tony Kitoga, and Gloire Tambwe.
Rayon Sports, today, also confirmed that Niyonzima Olivier has inked a new deal, which will see him stay at the club until next summer.
The club now have ten new additions to the team during this summer's transfer window, such as Chadrack Bingi Belo, Abdoulaziz Harerimana, Chris Rushema, Prince Musore, Drissa Kouyaté, Mohamed Chelly, Tony Kitoga, Gloire Tambwe, Bayisenge, and Ntarindwa.
The Blues are also anticipated to announce Abedi Bigirimana as their new player next week after reaching an agreement with the Burundi international days ago.
